Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time could be subject to a 20% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A card is required to be placed on file when booking. This card may be charged in accordance with this policy if a cancellation or no-show occurs within the policy timeframe. These policies are in place to respect the time reserved specifically for you and to allow availability for other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting me directly.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled in order to respect the time reserved for other clients. If an appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, a cancellation fee may apply according to the cancellation policy.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is important. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me directly within 72 hours of your appointment so the concern can be reviewed. If an adjustment is needed, it must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the original appointment. Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not offered.

Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent prior to receiving services. A parent or guardian may be required to be present for the appointment depending on the service being performed.
